The Last Words

A scream seller works in a fictive town. He sells screams, sighs, insults and the state of being itself. At the end of the day his screams are used by their buyers in wrong situations. The scream seller wants to sell the bungle tyrant his last words. The tyrant will need them to give form to a retrospective historical event.
