One Week

Keaton’s first film after parting company with Roscoe Arbuckle, One Week is about the house-building adventure of a couple of newly weds. The prefab house, a wedding gift, is supposedly the kind that can be put up in a week. But a host of challenges lie in store for the pair. The film contains a series of impressive scenes which Keaton references in his later work.
