He studied Graphic Design in the University of Art and Design Helsinki. He studied animation and painting in Prague and has worked in the fields of animation and illustration since 2000. They Started their own production company with Hannes Vartiainen in 2008 and they have so far completed two short films: Hanasaari A and The Death of an Insect, screened and awarded in prestigious film festivals all over the world.
