Studied at the Faculty of Information Sciences of the Complutense University in Madrid. Since 1998 he worked as second assistant director on films such as The Devil's Backbone by Guillermo del Toro, Talk to her by Pedro Almodovar. After making several short video films, in 1999 he directed Siguiente (Next, please), his first 35mm. short film which received prizes in several film festivals.
