Aida Begic studied directing at the Sarajevo Academy of Performing Arts.Her graduation film First Death Experience was presented at Cannes Film Festival in 2001 and won numerous awards at festivals worldwide.Aida Begic is currently teaching courses on directing at the Sarajevo Academy of Performing Arts.In 2004 she founded the independent production company Mamafilm,together with Elma Tataragic.Snow is their first feature film.
